Where do we begin......Sandra became part of our extended family when we discovered her pet grooming services...Le Paw Spa approximately five years ago. As new residents to AZ, we were desperate to find a loving and caring groomer who was knowledgeable in grooming West Highland Terriers (Westies). Our Buddy had been subject to local groomers where he continuously picked up ear infections and skin irritations and had to endure long stressful days at the groomers site where individual attention was not possible. Enough was enough.....we began our quest to find a mobile groomer where Buddy could be the only animal being groomed at any given time. The mobile groomer we initially contacted was full and not accepting new clients, however, she highly recommended we contact Sandra with Le Paw Spa.
Without hesitation we contacted Sandra/owner, operator, groomer and discussed our desire to contract with her to take care of Buddy's grooming needs. Sandra came to our home to meet Buddy and us in an effort to evaluate his grooming needs and our expectations in a groomer....together we immediately felt assured that Buddy would be in good hands with Sandra. She allowed us a tour of her mobile grooming van, Le Paw Spa, which at the time was brand spanking new and quite awesome, We were so excited to see it fully equipped with the necessary grooming tools which included an extensive bathing station as well as a full size grooming table and protective/secure cubbyholes for her tools and it was clean and uncluttered. We eagerly signed on with Sandra and was so pleased to know that the one on one attention/grooming that Buddy so desperately needed would be met. Sandra has a unique way with animals and as her advertising states....she treats your pets as if they were her own. Buddy is a challenge to groom as he is hyper and extremely anxious....Sandra has a calming affect on him because she is so gentle and personal and cares enough to help him through his anxieties....a true animal lover.
We look forward to grooming day/spa day because when she's finished with Buddy he looks like a show dog...she gives attention to every detail and grooms to the breed as well as to the pre-discussed desires of the pets owner. We hit the jackpot when we found Sandra/Le Paw Spa and Buddy has been a happy healthy Westie for the past five years while in her grooming care. We highly recommend Le Paw Spa to anyone and everyone who is looking for a mobile groomer with fantastic grooming skills, love of animals, and a great mobile unit that is self contained and well maintained. We are so thankful to have Sandra in our lives....thank you to the best groomer we've ever had.
